How to use: Yasashio has the same salty taste as regular salt, so you can use it in any dish, for cooking or at the table, just like regular salt. *However, the potassium chloride used to reduce the salt content (sodium) by half is less likely to penetrate into ingredients than table salt, so we recommend Ajinomoto KK's coarse salt "Seto no Honjio" for pickles.
